Residential, commercial and holiday property rental cleans are based on an hourly rate of €13.00 per hour, per cleaner. We bring all cleaning products unless you have allergies and need or like specific products. It is very difficult to judge how long the clean will take without seeing the property but as general rule : 1 Bed - 1 hour 2 Bed - 2 hours 3 Bed - 3 - 4 hours - size dependent ( Interior) 4 Bed - 4 - 5 hours - size dependent (Interior) For larger properties with larger outside areas we can discuss a service together. Cleaners will have a uniform on for safety so they are easily identifiable. Included but not limited to: Kitchen cleaning, Bathroom cleaning, Bedroom/ Dining Room/ Living Room cleaning Countertops cleaned, outside of range hood cleaned, top and front of range cleaned, drip pans / glass top surfaces wiped, sinks cleaned and chrome shined, fronts of all appliances cleaned, general dusting, cobwebs removed, microwave wiped out, doors and door frames spot cleaned, floors cleaned, toilets cleaned, mirrors cleaned, shower doors cleaned, tile walls, bathtub / showers cleaned, refrigerator cleaning, cabinet cleaning, wall washing.
